F10 System Check - This system check function is designed to check your data files to make sure that all files are in order and in good condition.  

It is a good idea to run this feature after abnormal shut down(power outrages) of your computer system or in the case of any unusual or strange actions by your computer.  When in doubt, It's a good idea to perform a system check.
