Tools Menu

Tools                 - Spelling Checks the spelling of the words in your document. If an error is found, five options are available.

Replace        - Replaces the misspelled word with the value in the Replace With field.

Add                 - Adds the misspelled word to the dictionary, so that next time the word is encountered, it will not be flagged as misspelled.

Skip Once        - Does nothing to change this word, but simply skips it only once.

Skip Always        - Does not change the current word and skips to the next incorrect word. Also, if this misspelled word if found again, you will not be notified, and it will not be changed.

Suggest         - Suggests a replacement for the current word.

Tools                - Word Count Displays an Information screen listing the number of pages, words, characters, paragraphs and lines in the current document.

Tools                - Auto Correction Allow you to add commonly misspelled words, and their proper spellings. Any time one of these common misspelled words is actually typed in the document, the true spelling will replace the erroneous one.

Tools                - Calculator Provides a floating calculator that can insert its value into the current cursor position of the document. This is the same type calculator that is                        displayed on the main screen of Unique.

Tools                - Calendar Displays a floating calendar that inserts the chosen date into the current document.
