Sales and Recieved History

Displaying the Sales History 

To see a history of all the times the displayed item was sold: 

Select History/Sales from the Inventory menu . The sales history detailing the date , time and quantity sold is shown. 

Displaying the Received History: 

To see a history of all the times the displayed item was received: 

Select History/Received from the Inventory menu .  

A received history showing the date received , quantity ordered , quantity received , purchase price , and the vendor's invoice number it was received on. 

This is most useful for comparing the purchase price between what your vendor is charging you now for a product and what you were being charged before. With this side-by-side comparison, price increases become very obvious.
