Redeem Day Spa Purchase

A Redemption Day Spa service is a service that has been pre-paid for and will now be used by the client.

e.g  A client buys 10 tanning sessions for 30 days. Every time the client uses a tan,  it's then deducted from the total

amount of tan purchases. After the first tanning session is performed the client will have 9 sessions left.

To redeem a day spa purchase:

Select Sale from the Sales Register menu .

Now enter the name of the client  redeeming the service.

Enter the cashier code (only if you set this option up), enter the employee code of the employee who performed the service, enter the sales slip number , and request/walk-in information

The Enter Sale screen will appear. Enter the service code you set up for Day Spa/Tanning and select OK . (If you do not remember the service code, select the S-Service button and a listing of all service code will be displayed).

Locate Day Spa and enter the code at the bottom of the screen. Once you enter the code the screen will automatically return back to the entering sales screen with a Day Spa Purchase or Redeem display menu.

Select Redemption and select OK . Select the account name redeeming the service. The Day Spa Redemption Screen will display the Account, Description, Unit Description, Current Balance, Credit Per Unit and Unit Redeemed.

Then the cursor will be flashing at the Units Redeemed box. Enter the # of units (e.g 1 facial) used at this service.

If you enter yes , the sale will be entered and the total amount due in the accumulated totals should be 0. However, the price will be displayed so that credit will be given to the employee or to the house account. This process is to update client history and to update the account.

Note: The reason for all totals being zero dollars is because the day spa/Tanning services were paid for already.
