The Unique QuickBooks Pro Importer.
The Unique QuickBooks Pro importer is designed to complement the usage of QuickBooks by transferring your Unique Software financial data directly into QuickBooks Pro (2004 and above).
During the Transfer process all your checking account financial information will be transferred.
What Financial data will be transferred? The financial data that will be transferred are your daily cash, checks and credit card deposits; All check entries and those that include accounts payable and payroll checks.

QuickBooks Financial Data Importing
The direct import method to QuickBooks pro requires that you have QuickBooks Pro 2004 and above and that the QuickBooks pro is running for the data transfer to take place.
Lets Get Started...
From the Main menu of your Unique Software, go to the General Ledger menu. Select the QuickBooks menu option.
1. Select the checking account of which data you'll like to transfer.
2. Select the date range for the period of data you'll like to transfer.
3. Select next and the QuickBooks importer will display the raw Unique Software checking account data that will be imported into QuickBooks.
You’ll have to exit the importer and go into the Unique Software checking account and make your changes.
4. The final step is to modify the settings that relates to your QuickBooks company file so that the data can be transferred to the proper QuickBooks accounts.
There are 2 main settings:
(a) Deposit Settings
1. Select the QuickBooks Bank account that you'll like the deposits to be transferred to.
2. Select The QuickBooks Ledger income account that will handle the deposit
(b) Check Settings
1. Select the QuickBooks Bank account that you use to write your checks.
2. Select The QuickBooks Leger expense account that will handle miscellaneous transactions that does not have a General ledger code in Unique.

The final step is select finish for the import to take place. You can then make your new changes in QuickBooks.
