Print Client Questionnaire:

This option allows you to print a client Questionnaire for your new clients. This is a general information sheet for

your new client to fill out. Most of the information that the client fills out will be needed to input the client data in the

Unique Software.

Note: You can print out a copy for each client or you can make one copy and then take it to your local copier

store so that they can reproduce several copies for you.
