Making Appointments
Here is the Good Part. To make an appointment click on the Daily Appointment tab. Normally whenever you go into the appointment book, this will be the default screen so you will not have to select it. To make an appointment for a specific employee, double click on the employee time slot that you'll like to make the appointment for. At this time the client list and the service list will be displayed. You'll then highlight the Client that you are making the Appointment for and then you'll select the service for the client and then click OK. That's all it takes to make a standard appointment.
Here are some other options to make an appointment. You can right click on an employee time slot and select the make option. You can also click on the time slot that you'll be making the appointment for and then select the Make button above.
