Entering Company Information
To have your salon's Address appear on your reports you must enter Your salon or DaySpa information here.
To do this, select Maintenance & Setup from the Main Menu .
From inside the Maintenance & Setup menu select Company .
Enter your salon's address information. The contents of the name field will appear on the Main Menu and at the top of any printed reports or receipts.
The Resale Number field is for your reference only. It is not displayed anywhere else and does not print on any reports.
The Federal ID/State ID numbers will be printed on the W-2/1099 Information report that is generated at the end of the calendar year. Enter your telephone area code here as the default area code for your clients.
Washington State Salons Only:
Washington State Salons must enter the Company Information in the computer. Since their are special tax computation for Washington state, the system will calculate the appropriate state taxes when it read the state code "WA" in the record file. Be sure to enter the state code.
