Employee Passwords & permission levels

 

The Password module allows you to control which employee can delete, edit and make appointments.        In order for the passwords to work, all employees must have a password and an access level. All employees will have equal access if any password is empty.

 

               There are 5 different access levels for passwords:

 

                       1 - Make Appointment

                       2- View Phone #'s

                       3- Edit Appointment

                       4- Delete and edit appointments

                       5- Full administrative Access.

 

       Note: The Hire access level will always overrides the lower access numbers.

 

The password level set is a great tool for controlling who accesses your appointment book, but it's not necessary for you to use the appointment book.

 

Also please note that all passwords must be different. Two employees cannot have the same password.

               

       Important: You Must Write and remember your Level 5. Password. This is your master password.

        Losing this password will not allow to you access  the appointment book. Write It Down.

       

       Hint: Use a word that you can remember. (A dog or cat name, your secret friend or some street address

       number). Hope these ideas help.
