Editing Deduction Amounts

 

 

To edit the Gross and Net deductions amounts for the displayed employee: 

 

Select Edit/Deductions from the Payroll menu .  

 

You can then make changes to the Gross Deductions 1, Deductions 2, and the Net Deductions 1, Deductions 2, and Deductions 3 amounts.  

 

The Gross & Net Deductions 1, Deductions 2, and Deductions 3 amounts are kept for the next payroll. These are the same Net deductions that are entered for the employee through the Employee section. 

 

When you have finished modifying the commission totals, the Gross Pay , Net Pay and Taxes are recalculated for the employee.
