Deleting Multiple Items Using Select Command
Deleting more than one item using the Select command
To use the Select command:
Select from the Inventory menu .
The first thing you should do is making sure all the current selected marks have been removed from the inventory items.
To do this select Clear All and confirm that you want to clear all the selected marks. Unique will then remove all the selected marks from all the items in the inventory file.
Next, select Manual from the SELECT pull down menu. A scrollable window appears listing your items. Use the scroll bar to highlight the item you want to select and double click on that item.
A " [] " will appear next to the part number of the item to signify that the item has been selected. To remove the selected mark, double click again and the mark is removed.
When all the items to be deleted have been marked select Exit/Cancel to quit out of the Manual selection menu. Then select Delete/Selected Records from the Inventory menu .
After confirming that you want to mark the selected records for deletion Unique puts a deletion mark on all the selected items. |
