Day Spa Account (F6) 

The Day Spa account is designed for Tanning or Spa salons. It can also be used for purchases of salon packages in a full service salon. Some clients prefer to pay ahead of time for their services.  

This module works great for group packages. A client can purchase a salon package for several services and you can monitor their visits and services on each visit when they redeem individual items in the package. You can ring up each transaction as a sale and it will deduct each unit of service. However, it will not add cash to your cash drawer because these services are assumed to be paid for already.  

To set up a Day Spa account from the Sales Register: 

Select DaySpa . 

Then select Day Spa accounts. A listing of all clients with a Day Spa account will be displayed. 

You can then select these options: 

Edit                Edit an existing client Day Spa account 

Delete         Delete an existing client Day Spa account 

Add                Add a client  

History        History of a client Day Spa Account 

Print                Print listing of all Day Spa Accounts 

To Add: 

Select Add -                Enter the clients first or last name. Use your scroll bar to locate the client.  

                            Add a new account for client name displayed. enter yes and select Ok . 

Type of Service:         Enter the type of service the account is being setup for. 

Previous Units:         Enter the number of units being purchased. 

Unit Description:         A description of what service will be performed for each unit.  

Expiration Date:        Enter the last day the service can be used. After the expiration date the system will prompt you the                                service date has expired. 

To Edit:                Select Edit - Make changes and select Ok. This change will then be reflected.  

History:                Select History To review the history of DaySpa services.
