Setup Code 1-4 Option 

The code field 1- 4 is already setup in the Client Menu. Select Edit. Then select Code 1- 4 . You can decide ahead of time what each field will be used for. I.e. Code Box 1 - PFC  (Preferred Customers), Code Box 2 - Bad checks , or name them for easy recognition. The field name itself Code #  can be changed to a specific name.  

Go to Misc/User Defined Fields  and change those names.  Setup Category Option 

To setup or edit the category section in the client file:  

Select MISC in the Client Menu.   

Then select Category Setup .  

Now you are in the Setup Category Labels screen. Enter the different categories that you would like to place your client under.

For example you can setup category for facial, manicures, perms, pedicure, etc.  

Select Ok to Exit the setup category menu.
