Client Tracking

Selecting a Client

 

 

Client tracking helps you keep track of the services and purchases made by your clients.  

 

To  track a client select the client button, C .   

 

When you are asked to enter the client's name to find: either enter the name you are searching for or leave the name blank to start your search at the first entry in the client file. 

 

Client tracking is also used with the client statistics information to determine when your clients moved from being walk-in clients to request clients.  

 

If the client is a walk-in client, the Walk-in Date and Request Date fields are checked to see if either one already has a date. 

 

If neither one of them do, the current date is entered.  

 

If the Client is a request client the Request Date field is checked to see if it already has a date.  

 

If it doesn't, today's date is entered.  

 

These dates can be used to keep track of which walk-in clients become request clients and how long it takes them to switch over. 

 

Selecting a Client

Use the scroll bar to highlight the desired client and select Ok .  

 

The client's name, address, and last visit date is displayed on the bottom right side of the screen.
