One of the best features of Unique is its flexibility in keeping track of information about your clients. This is useful for knowing who your clients are, as well as their purchase and service history. You can keep chemical, spa & tanningnotes requirements for each client and if they like certain cuts, styles, or a specific skincare service.  

You can also keep track of their birthdays, phone numbers, email addresses, their photo and more. The amount and type of information is limited only by what you want to know about each of your clients.  

The system automatically links the client with an employee, so certain information, such as if a client is male or female will not have to be re-entered every time.  

Also a duplicate checking system keeps you from adding the same client twice. (The duplication system verifies duplication by observing the home phone number entered for the client.
