Client Retention

 

The client retention module is a very powerful feature of your Unique software. It  allows you to measure the salon and your  employee client  retention for a specific period. It also allows you to identify your lost and active clients. Labels are also  printed  for lost and active clients for the entire salon or by employee.

 

To access the Retention module, go to the main menu and select the Reports menu. Go to Sales and then select 'Retention'.

 

The retention module is very straightforward. You select the date range visit of the clients that  you will like to analyze, the next option is to select the qualifying Period. This means that how long will you want to consider the client as being lost or active.

 

For example: Set the date range when the clients visited the salon. Now if you want to consider the client as being lost if they did not return in the 90 days, then set the qualifying days to 90.  This option will qualify the clients as being lost after 90 days. A report will then be generated that will reflect the active & lost status of your clients.

 

The other information that will be presented is the total Referrals, Requests. Walk-ins, Unknowns, New Clients, Retained and Lost clients. Financial data for Service  Retail are also shown.

 

note You must have an assigned employee in the client menu attached to each client for the retention module to function  correctly.
