Assigning a Room or Facility

You must first setup your facilities. Go to the administrative tap and select  'Setup Facilities'. You can then add the assign rooms, tanning beds, massage rooms etc. The other option is to edit and delete a room.

Assigning a room to a facility is done during making the appointment. When you double click on the employee time slot to make an appointment, you'll see an option 'Book Facility'. Check the option and then select the facility for the appointment.
