Appointment Reports
The appointment reports menu is located in the sales register under "Appt Reports" There are several reports that can be generated to assist you in your day-to-day operation. One of the best appointment reports is the client work ticket. The client work-ticket will generate the client's history. This is helpful to the stylist in reviewing the client history before the client comes in and to see what service is being requested. This will also give the stylist time to setup his/her station appropriately (with products) for the services they will be providing that day.
A) Single client check-in record
This will print a Work-Ticket record for the client name you entered.
B) All client check-in record This will print a Work-Ticket for all the clients on the appointment book for that day.
C) Daily Appointment
If you would like reviewing the appointments for the day, this daily appointment option will generate a report of all the appointments by stylist.
To print this report, select the Appointment Calendar button at the Sales Registers screen.
D) Employee Appointment for Specific Day
If you want a listing of a particular employee's appointments for a given day.
E) Specific Employee's Appointments
If you want a listing of a particular employee's appointments for a given date range, use this option.
F) Specific Client's Appointments
The Specific Client's Appointment will list all the appointments made for a particular client. You can give a copy to your client for their records.
G) Daily Appointment Listing
The Daily Appointment Listing is for calling clients to confirm their appointment and to get a listing of appointments scheduled for that day. Confirming appointments should be the last thing to be done at the end of the day for the next day's appointments. This report will list the client's Name, Time of appointment, Service requested (e.g. Shampoo/blow-dry/Curl), Employee code of stylist performing the service, and the client telephone number.
To print this report, select the Appointment Calendar from the Sales Register screen. Select the Print Client Appointment button.
Select option "G"-Daily Appointment Listing (this option should be password protected). There will be a prompt asking you to enter your password.
A calendar of the current month is displayed with the current date highlighted. Choose the day you want by using the date elements. Once you make your selection select Ok. You will be asked if you want to print the appointment listing for the day you requested. Use this report to contact the client to confirm. Next to each client's name you can indicate that a contact was made.
If a client cancels or changes their appointment make sure you make the appointment change to the employee's appointment.
H) Appointment Sheet for Specific Employees
If you want an individual appointment sheet for a particular employee, use this option.
I) List Deleted Appointments
If you want a listing of deleted appointments for a certain period of time use this option.
Several Reports will always be added to this menu. Please visit this menu option for continuous changes.
