Adding and Editing Client Information Add from Sales Register Add When Entering a Sale Edit from Sales Register Add From Client Menu Edit from Client Menu Referrals
To add a new client(s) from the Sales Register :
Select Client from the Sales Register , and then select Client Info . Enter either the client's first name or last name and select Ok . Select (Add ) Button.
An Add New Client Menu will be displayed. You can enter all the information on a client at that time or you can just enter the client name and phone number and return later to edit the client record. (It is always good to at least get the name and phone number entered at the initial set up of the client record).
To add a new client(s) when entering a sale :
Select Sale from the Sales Register , select Client Menu will be displayed. Enter either the client's first name or last name and select Ok . Then enter the employee code .
Enter the sales information (sales slip number, etc.). Select the (Add ) button. An Add New Client Menu will be displayed.
You can enter all the information on a client at that time or you can just enter the client name and phone number and return later to edit the file. (It is always good to at least get the name and phone number entered at the initial set up of the client record).
To Edit a client record from Sales Register :
Select Client from the Sales register . Then select Client Info . Enter the client name (first or last) or telephone number and select Ok . Use the scroll bar to highlight the client file you want to edit and select the Edit button. That client record will be displayed in an edit screen at which time you can make the necessary changes to that file. When you have finished with entering the changes select the Ok button.
To Add a new client from the Client Menu :
Select the client option from the Main Menu . Select Edit/Add. A blank client entry screen is displayed. Enter all information that is pertinent to that client. Make sure the information is accurate, as you will want to use this information later when printing mailing labels. You can put in just the client name and telephone number and go back later when you have more time to complete entering the information.
To Edit Client record from the Client Menu :
Select the Find function. There are several options to find a client-last name, first name, or telephone number. Select the option you can identify the client by. For example, select the last name. The system will ask you to type the client's last name. Select Ok after entering the last name. A listing of the last names you requested will appear on the screen. Using the scroll bar highlight the client you want. The select Edit/Add , select Edit . Make the necessary changes to that client record. You must select the Ok button in order for the system to update the new client record with the new information.
To enter the information at the time of adding a client: Once you have entered the client information at the Add New Client Menu , select Edit/Add . Select Notes . A Client notes screen will be displayed.
Enter any information you have about the client.
You can keep track of your clients that were referred by another client. This feature is good for in house salon contest in which clients refer another client.
The Referral function is located in the Client menu under Misc . And under Client at the Sales Register.
Before you can identify this client as a referral, you must first add the client to your database (refer to Adding and Editing Client Information Above).
Now select Client from the Sales Register.
Then select Referrals. Choose the option you want. N) New Referrals, C) Print Referrals by Client, or E) Print Referrals by Employee.
If you choose New Referral , you will be asked for the Client name (remember you only can enter the first name, or last name, you cannot enter both).
Locate the client and select Ok . Another screen will be displayed asking you for the client who referred this client. Using the scroll bar , locate the client and select Ok .
Then you will see the new client name or stylist name that referred them.
